Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase from Western Ave Pharmacy.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase or delivery only if they are sealed and unopened in their original box/packaging, with proof of purchase, for a full refund to the original payment method.
Items we cannot accept back
- Any opened or unsealed item — including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, supplements, and personal care or hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
- Alcohol (beer & wine) — returnable only if sealed and unopened, and as permitted by California law
- Gift cards and clearance items
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at (818) 242-5887 or westernave501@gmail.com and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including any delivery fees.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable except for damaged/incorrect orders.
